The Owner of this Project required that the existing facilities be remodeled and expanded within the same footprint.
By eliminating an existing change in floor level and a partition, we were able to add more tables and visually give the appearance of a much larger dining area.
In total we were able to add 2 tables for 4 persons each and seating for 6 at the bar. In total we achieved an increase of 30% of the original capacity.
The new restaurant has doubled its sales since the Project was completed.
